Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Subject of the services

The Provider (Akcaglar Hukuk) undertakes to provide information and services with professionalism and accuracy, in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation.

The User (The Client) is obliged to provide complete and truthful information necessary for the provision of the service and to use the offered resources for legal purposes. The Client acknowledges that the information presented on the platform is for informational purposes and does not constitute binding legal advice.

3. Limitation of liability

The Provider assumes no liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of the information provided. Commercial or legal decisions made based on these resources are the sole responsibility of the Client. The services do not constitute a guarantee of a specific legal or financial outcome.

4. Payment and refund conditions

Fees for the services provided are communicated individually and invoiced in advance or according to the written agreement concluded. Any refund request is analyzed based on the stage of service provision and according to the specific contractual terms. Refunds for consultancy services already fully provided are not accepted.

5. Termination of use

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform for any user who violates the provisions of this agreement or who uses the resources in an abusive or fraudulent manner.

6. Modification of terms

These terms and conditions may be revised periodically. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new text.
